There are a variety of ways in which you can prepare your porridge. Both water and different kinds of milk work great! Our team usually uses oat milk for a creamy consistency, but other milk types work well too, depending on whether you want to keep it vegan or not. Alternatively, you can let them thaw in the fridge overnight and enjoy them as overnight oats the next morning!

Our porridges consist of nutritious ingredients of the highest quality. Oats, fruit, vegetables, fragrant spices and a dash of coconut milk. Oats are complex carbohydrates and a great source of sustained energy. They are also satisfying, rich in fibre and help keep your blood sugar levels in balance.
