Transform Your Ginger-Shot into a Superfood Drink

A warming superfood drink or perfect alternative to your morning coffee: Ginger Turmeric Latte. Prepared with our Ginger-Turmeric Shots. The combination of ginger and turmeric gives a refreshing and invigorating sensation. The shots are rich in Vitamin C, and serve as an energy and immunity booster. You can find read more about how versatile the ginger shots are in our interview with Liberta Haxhikadriu. In this recipe, we brew it with hot plant-based milk. A splash of maple syrup adds a special sweet note.

Ingredients:

-300 ml plant drink (e.g. oat milk)

-1 ginger-turmeric shot

-1 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation:

Heat the ginger-turmeric shot and the milk in a pot or in the microwave. Then whip with a milk frother and pour into a cup. Sweeten with maple syrup if desired. You can then sift some turmeric powder over the turmeric latte. Both ginger shots and the rest of our assortment can be found here.
